This week on Live Without A Net, host Jennifer Sherlock spoke with author and breast cancer survivor, Sophia Bennett. Throughout her battle with breast cancer, she picked up on many small and not-so-small lessons that she wished she had known prior to her 40s. During this episode, Sophia shares what it is like to deal with such a complicated disease at such a young age and how she overcame it by doing her own research, accepting her diagnosis, and being open to support which is not always so easy.

With a disease that can seem so unpredictable, Bennett discusses how she regained control of her life after her diagnosis and the upfront information she learned throughout her journey.
